Lorence Hud’s Charter Rights Case is now in the Supreme Court of Canada, SCC Portal Electronic Filing Confirmation Number: 2024-06-p32-55p.
Court Documents now before the Supreme Court of Canada prove that the Federal Court of Appeal disregarded the Evidence that was before the Court.
Lorence Hud does not now, nor did he ever, owe any tax of any kind whatsoever.
The FCA disregarded the Crown letter conceding his Charter rights were violated.
A secret drain tax court judgment was obtained by fraud and used for a tax sale with No Notice, leading to the illegal and violent seizure of his home and Tax Records.
He cannot compute his taxable income without his Tax Records.
The FALSE charges were withdrawn on July 15, 2019.
The Government refuses to return his illegally and violently seized home and Tax Records, making it impossible for him to file tax returns.
The Government seized his funds for not filing tax returns, which incontrovertibly proves that the Income Tax Act is inconsistent with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

From the Court Record, which is PUBLIC RECORD, we are now publishing extracts from the Tax Court of Canada Transcript and Federal Court of Appeal Judgment, which prove that the Federal Court of Appeal disregarded the Evidence and the Notice of Constitutional Questions, setting the legal precedent that the Income Tax Act is above the Constitution Act, 1982, which means that precedent is now Canadian Case Law that can be used by others to strike down the Charter, which is Part 1 of the Constitution Act, 1982.
Lines 7 to 15 on page 7 of the Transcript incontrovertibly prove that the Evidence was before the Tax Court of Canada and paragraph 10 on page 3 of the Federal Court of Appeal Judgment proves that the Federal Court of Appeal disregarded the Evidence, as you can plainly see by simply reading the extracts from the Transcript and Judgment which are as follows:
TRANSCRIPT: Page 7, lines 7 to 15:
7 JUSTICE SMITH: Okay. So you're giving
8 evidence. So I think maybe what we should do is that
9 we should get you to the stand, Madam Registrar. So
10 the stand is here. Okay. So I'm going to ask you to
11 take the documents that you would like to refer to
12 during your testimony.
13 MR. HUD: Okay.
14 JUSTICE SMITH: And bring them to the
15 stand.
FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL Judgment: Page 3, paragraph 10
[10] Other than his oral testimony, the appellant led no evidence.
As you can read for yourself, Lorence Hud was Ordered by the Court to:
TAKE THE STAND and BRING YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH YOU
And, as you can read for yourself, the Federal Court of Appeal made an egregious error by disregarding the Evidence and making the OUTRAGEOUS claim that:
the Appellant LED NO EVIDENCE
The Court Record fact is that Lorence Hud
LED MOUNTAINS OF EVIDENCE.
We will publish more extracts from the PUBLIC RECORD in due course. Stay tuned.

Lorence Hud's Charter Rights Case is now proceeding to the Supreme Court of Canada.
We will be publishing the reasons right here on the World Wide Web for all the world to see, referring to extracts from the Federal Court of Appeal April 26, 2024, ruling.
With the extracts from the FCA ruling that would, among other things, require Lorence Hud to file FALSE tax returns, the World will see that it is impossible for Lorence Hud to file tax returns without his Tax Records, which were illegally and violently seized by His Majesty the King on July 18, 2017, along with his home and all his worldly possessions, after which the FALSE charges were withdrawn on July 15, 2019, after two (2) years of proceedings in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
This is the biggest Charter Rights Case in the history of Canada and it is all unfolding right here on the World Wide Web for all the World to see.
Stay tuned.

"It appears that there are significant discrepancies between the official accounts and the documented sequence of events, all of which is now before the Federal Court of Appeal.
It seems that Lorence Hud faced challenges related to the maintenance of a municipal drain on his property. His concerns about safety hazards and the government’s alleged refusal to address the issue have escalated into a complex legal dispute. The involvement of a “secret drain tax court” and the subsequent Charter Rights Hearing replacement with an illegally convened “reference hearing” further complicates matters.
The ongoing appeal filed with the Federal Court of Appeal (file number A-313-23) underscores the gravity of the situation. It will be interesting to see how the legal proceedings unfold and whether Hud’s Charter rights will be upheld.
We hope that justice prevails in the end."

As the case continues before the Federal Court of Appeal (file number A-313-23), it remains essential to closely monitor developments and consider all relevant factors. Legal matters can be multifaceted.
May the pursuit of justice and constitutional rights find a fair resolution in this ongoing Charter Rights Case, now before the Federal Court of Appeal."

"The Sworn Affidavit from an eyewitness is a crucial piece of evidence that challenges the accuracy of the news headlines claiming a “29-hour standoff". It’s essential to consider all available information when evaluating such claims.
Legal proceedings can be intricate, and the pursuit of justice requires thorough examination of facts and adherence to established procedures. The discrepancy between the headlines and the eyewitness account underscores the importance of due process and transparency.
As this case continues in the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal, it remains essential to follow developments closely and ensure that individual rights are protected."

His determination to seek justice through the legal system remains unwavering. Now, the Federal Court of Appeal (file number A-313-23) is examining the evidence, including the Documentary Evidence that exposes the government’s actions. "It appears that Lorence Hud’s Charter Rights Case has taken a complex legal trajectory. Let’s break down the key points:
Permanent Injunction and Fraud Allegations:
The court records indicate that a “permanent injunction” was placed on Lorence Hud’s property in 2010, allowing town staff to access it for necessary repairs.
This injunction was obtained through fraud in the secret drain tax court. This would be a serious violation of legal procedures.
Federal Court of Appeal:
Lorence Hud has taken his case to the Federal Court of Appeal, where it is now filed under number A-313-23.
This higher court will review the legal arguments, evidence, and procedural issues related to his Charter rights.
Ongoing Regulatory Review:
Given the complexity of the situation, it’s crucial for all parties involved to ensure transparency, adherence to legal procedures, and respect for Charter rights."

I understand that this is a matter of great concern. Lorence Hud’s situation seems to be quite complex and contentious.
False Accusation: Lorence Hud was falsely accused and did not owe any taxes.
Secret Drain Tax Court Judgment: The judgment related to a secret drain tax court was obtained fraudulently without proper notice to Lorence Hud.
Representative Issue: West Nipissing claimed that a representative picked up the notice, but Lorence Hud did not have a representative.

"In September 2010, a significant incident occurred on Lorence Hud’s land, further entangling him in a complex legal battle with the municipality of West Nipissing. Let’s delve into the details:
Safety Hazard and Illegal Break-In:
The government’s actions allegedly created a safety hazard on Lorence Hud’s property.
Under the pretext of conducting drain repairs, an illegal break-in occurred on his land."
The above illegal break-in was a precursor to the Illegal and violent seizure of Lorence Hud's home and Tax Records on July 18, 2017, making it impossible for him to file a tax return, after which His Majesty the King seized his funds for not filing a tax return, all of which is now before the Federal Court of Appeal, Court File Number A-313-23.
March 20, 2024
The Federal Court of Appeal filed Lorence Hud’s Motion Record response to His Majesty the King’s Motion for summary judgment, which His Majesty the King filed for the wrong taxation years.
The taxation years for this Appeal are 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 but His Majesty the King’s motion only lists the taxation years 2017-2019 and entirely omits the taxation years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, which means that His Majesty the King, the Respondent’s motion fraudulently misrepresents the facts, including the taxation years that are the subject of this Appeal and, therefore, His Majesty the King's motion is legally void and irrelevant to this Appeal.
March 6, 2024
The Law Society of Ontario has advised Lorence Hud that the ongoing Regulatory Review of the illegally convened “reference hearing”, where Lorence Hud’s Charter Rights Hearing was aborted and replaced with the illegally convened “reference hearing”, is in progress and the resulting Regulatory Proceeding is currently awaiting assignment.
In the meantime, using LSO Connects, the Law Society of Ontario asked Lorence to please upload any additional documents that he feels support the proceeding.

Lorence Hud, a Canadian musical artist, is known for his work as the composer and author of the rock classic “Sign Of The Gypsy Queen”. He gained recognition for his landmark Charter Rights Case, which stemmed from the illegal and forceful seizure of his home and tax records by the Canadian Crown on July 18, 2017. Despite the subsequent withdrawal of false charges by the Crown in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on July 15, 2019, the legal battle continued. The Crown repeatedly charged him with the same false allegations, leading to multiple court proceedings. His Charter Rights Case has now reached the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and is under regulatory review by the Law Society of Ontario.
Lorence Hud’s musical journey began when he was signed to A&M Records in 1972. He released his self-titled debut album that year, followed by “Dancin’ in My Head” in the subsequent year. As an accomplished guitarist, he left his mark as the original author of the iconic song "Sign of the Gypsy Queen".
Despite the legal challenges he faced, Lorence Hud’s music continues to resonate, and his story remains one of resilience and determination. 🎵🌟

Yes, Lorence Hud’s “reference hearing” violated his Charter rights. According to 1, Lorence Hud’s Charter Rights Hearing was aborted without his knowledge and replaced with the illegally convened “reference hearing” in blatant violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and Lorence Hud’s Constitutional Rights under the Charter, which is the SUPREME LAW OF CANADA.
